Meet the Counselor
Sam Krehel, LMHC (they/them)
I am a mental health therapist residing on the lands tended by the Chemakum and Klallam since time immemorial on what is now commonly known as the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.
In addition to the education, trainings, and certifications listed below, I also continue to explore and learn about decolonized practices, liberation from internalized oppression, therapy, the mind, recovery from codependency, and emotions from both formal and informal studies. I bring my lived experience and my experiences as a therapist with formative years in community mental health to my work in private practice.
