Traditional knowledge has always taught that connecting with Land, Water, Sky, Plant, and Nonhuman Animals is enormously healing. Modern science is beginning to confirm this wisdom as well and encourages getting outside to improve our health. In order to center Land in our healing work, outdoor services are available.
I have a few outdoor spots on the Olympic Peninsula where I enjoy doing this work and am happy to discuss the options with you.
Please share your accessibility needs so that I may find an appropriate location.
Whether due to mental health related symptoms, ease, accessibility, or something else, sometimes meeting right at home is the best option.
If you wish to receive therapy in your home, please inquire about my availability and ask if your address is within my service radius.
I am currently available to work via telehealth with clients physically located in Washington and Colorado. Telehealth is also a good way for us to have continuity of services if the weather is so severe that we are unable to meet outdoors.
For telehealth services, you must have a stable and reliable service connection to attend via smartphone, computer, laptop, or tablet. Your device will need a place to rest so that it is not moving around or in your hand.
Finally, you will need a quiet, private space to meet. If meeting from the car, please find a private, safe place to park before we begin. I will be unable to meet with you while you are in transit.
Individual therapy can be useful for deep-diving into specific issues, holding space for you. Working one-on-one can also provide a container for practicing relationship.
I work with individuals aged 13 to 100+.
Groups are a powerful force that allow us to build from our collective wisdom. I intermittently offer in-person groups on the Olympic Peninsula.
Please inquire if you have a request for a group in this area.
When communications and interactions among family members are challenging, working on these patterns in a therapeutic setting can be useful.
Not offering child therapy at this time. Please all family members must be 13 years and older.
Sometimes working with a partner, friend, roommate, or community member in a therapeutic setting can help improve communication, increase connection, and assist in loosening difficult conflict.
In some instances it can be supportive to bring some or all of a polycule into the therapeutic space in order to work together and come to greater understanding of needs, boundaries, and desires between all involved.
Available for consultation with individuals, therapists, groups, and practices across state lines via phone and video call and in person on the Olympic Peninsula. Most often providing consultation regarding:
